The report found that the median manufactured home listing price was approximately $141,450, compared to $410,000 for a typical single-family home. Monthly principal and interest payments on a manufactured home were estimated at just $678, compared to $1,918 for a traditional home.

Beyond affordability, manufactured homes are also proving to be strong investments. Realtor.com data showed that manufactured homes sold with land appreciated by 70.1% over the past seven years, outperforming the 58.6% appreciation seen in traditional single-family homes during the same period.

The median manufactured home size was reported at 1,248 square feet, demonstrating that affordability doesn't have to mean sacrificing space or comfort.
